Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) Exercise Program In-Person

Register here once for all classes in 12-week series that meets twice per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays at this time.

The SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life) strength, balance and fitness program is evidence-based and designed to help older adults improve mobility, reduce fall risk, and maintain independence. Classes include functional exercises focused on balance, strength, flexibility, and walking, while creating a supportive and encouraging environment for participants of all fitness levels.

It’s okay to miss a class but register with intent to come to as many as you can. Register only if you can attend at least 60% of the series.
