Register each week. Have some fun and get more movement in your life while helping prevent future falls. This class blends gentle, dance-based movement with balance and mobility exercises that promote coordination, flexibility, and posture awareness. Learn to move safely and confidently through fun, rhythmic sequences that can be modified for every ability level. Seated and standing exercises with chairs. No dance experience necessary.
