OTAGO Exercise Program for Adults In-Person

Ages 18+

Free 6-week exercise program run by Occupational Therapists to improve your balance and muscle strength and prevent future falls. Exercises will be beginner-level and do NOT require getting up and down from the floor. Presented by the Center for Aging Resources and Enrichment. Sign up this week for all 6 weeks.
