Chair Yoga In-Person
Ages 18+
Have you always wanted to try yoga but had concerns about getting up and down from the floor? Join us for Chair Yoga.The class will be seated and focus on stretching, breathing, and gentle muscle-strengthening exercises. The certified yoga teacher can adapt the movements to particular mobility concerns you may have.
Registration is required due to space limitations. Please register weekly.
