Chair Yoga In-Person
Ages 18+
Have you always wanted to try yoga but had concerns about getting up and down from the floor? Join us for Chair Yoga.The class will be seated and focus on stretches, breathing exercises, and gentle muscle strengthening exercises. The certified yoga teacher is able to adapt the movements to particular mobility concerns you may have. This class runs each Tuesday for 6 weeks (except for November 5). Sign up for each class you can attend.
Registration required due to space limitations.
